These Terms of Use govern your online cash loan application. When you apply for a loan, you must agree to these Terms of Use before your cash loan application be processed by the lending company. The lending company will agree to analyze your cash loan application only if you accept these Terms of Use. Despite compliance with these Terms of Use, the lending company has no obligation to accept the present loan application. The acceptance or non-acceptance of the loan application and the continuance of an account is at the sole and exclusive discretion of the lending company. A debtor’s account may be de-activated at any time, at the sole discretion of the lending company, without any applicable damages against the lending company. These Terms of Use are applicable in addition to any other applicable agreement between the parties and remain valid throughout the credit service provided by the lending company.
WHO CAN APPLY FOR FINANCING ONLINE?
You must be at least 18 years old and not be considered unfit or under guardianship.
You must be a Canadian Resident and have the ability to demonstrate stable employment income for the past three (3) months.
You must not be in bankruptcy proceedings or any other debt consolidation processes.
The subject matter of your loan application must not be done, directly or indirectly, for illegal, prohibited or criminal purposes, fraudulent intent or money-laundering or any other act considered bad faith by the lending company, at its sole discretion.
You have the obligation to reveal your complete identity.
You cannot impersonate others.
You have not been refused or de-activated from the Credit Station Inc. in the past thirty (90) days prior to this loan application.
COLLECTION AND USE OF INFORMATION
To process your online financing application, as mentioned above, Credit Station Inc. must verify the information about you. The types of information that Credit Station Inc. will collect depends on the information that you will provide and on how you use Credit Station Inc.’s website. You hereby understand and agree that at the time of your request for a loan application, Credit Station Inc. collects the content of the application, communications and any other information you provide, including when you create an account, create or share content, or when you communicate with or send messages to members, officers, directors, agents or partners of Credit Station Inc.. This may include information in or about content that you provide (for example, metadata), such as the location of a photo or the date a file was created. You formally consent that all such information collected may be used by the lending company in the management of your loan application and may be passed on to any other affiliate, services provider or other related business for the purpose of investigation or aggregation of data. Your data may be part of a database assisting program of Credit Station Inc. or any other affiliate, services provider or other related business for the purposes of processing and investigating loan applications, under the conditions mentioned above or otherwise, and such information may be retained for an indefinite term by the lending company and any other affiliate, services provider or other related enterprise to that effect. The data may be shared with public or legal authorities, where the law or a court orders to.
